Hotel and HousingThe event will be held at Chico's Holiday Inn (Map), located at 685 Manzanita Ct., 95926. Their main number is (530) 345-2491 and they will be providing our facilities and accommodations. Rooms are $95.00/night if you mention "Chico Dance Sensation" when booking. For attendees comfortable with an "exchange" experience, those looking to stay with locals or locals interested in offering housing to visitors may find our Housing and Travel forum useful. Additionally, the forum can be used to arrange carpools or other transportation to and around the event. FoodHoliday Inn's restaurant (The Inn Place) is available to hotel guests, but there are several nearby alternatives, such as Denny's and S&S Produce. For more local restaurant information, consult Google's directory. However, we are working on a "midnight buffet," which will be available for all our guest. TravelThe nearest major airport is Sacramento International Airport ("SMF"), which is serviced by all major airlines. We are currently contracting a shuttle service from SMF. You may also choose to connect your flight to Chico's airport ("CIC"), though this usually adds substantially more to ticket prices than equivalent shuttle fare. Shuttle Service from Sacramento International Airport (SMF)We have arranged shuttle service from SMF to the event hotel in Chico. The shuttle service will be available for the entire event and will be running making 3-5 rounds per day. The fare will be $25 round-trip (paid in cash).
